We specialise in rehabilitation, and strengthening of the musculoskeletal system — to corrective biomechanics and improved movement patterns.

What we can treat

We are able to treat a range of muscoloskeletal issues, including:

    (eg post MVA, concussion)

    (eg. whiplash, disc injuries, nerve and brachial plexus injuries, thoracic outlet dysfunction)

    (eg sacroiliac joint dysfunction, facet pain, disc injuries, coccydynia)

Specialist manual therapy and multiple treatment options are used to reduce your pain, improve movement mechanics, and assist in reaching your training goals. These include:

  • Cranial and peripheral nerve manipulation/mobilisation
  • Thoracic Ring Approach
  • Mulligan Concept (joint mobilisation)
  • Trigger Point release
  • Dry Needling
  • Stretch Therapy using assisted contract-relax protocols

  • Specific exercise therapy/programming bridging the gap between injury rehab and sports performance
